At the St. Paul American Indian Education Autumn Powwow, the first ever royalty ambassadors were chosen. Students who participated in contest are SPPS American Indian students who were up to the challenge to represent our district for the next calendar year. Ambassadors attend community gatherings, ceremony, and powwows with their SPPS royalty regalia, and serve as role models for their peers. Our first ambassadors are a student from Como Sr. High School, and a student from American Indian Magnet School.
