Title I is a program from the U.S. Department of Education that provides extra help for students to learn at their grade level.
The school reviews student data to make a plan for the extra help needed each year. In Saint Paul Public Schools, this plan is called the School Comprehensive Improvement Plan, or SCIP.
School Climate Survey
85% of all students will participate in the Student Climate Survey in the Fall 2024 and in the Spring 2025.
All student groups will score an overall average score of '3' or above.
Attendance Goals
At least 85% of all students will consistently attend school as measured by Consistent Attendance Report in BOLT by June 2025.
Literacy Goals
The percentage of all K/1 students ontrack (low risk) will increase by at least 5% pts from Spring 24 to Spring 25 & students who stay the same will decrease by at least 10% pts. as measured by FAST Fall to Winter and Fall to Spring Growth Reports.
The percentage of grade 2 students ontrack will increase by at least 5% pts. from Fall 24 to Spring 25 and students who improve will increase by at least 10% pts. as measured by FAST Fall to Winter and Fall to Spring Growth reports.
The percentage of all grades 3-5 students ontrack (low risk and above) will increase by at least 5% pts. from Fall 24 to Spring 25 as measured by FAST Reading assessments in SY24-25:

Grade 3: from 20% to 25%
Grade 4: from 21% to 26%
Grade 5: from 30% to 35%
Math Goal
The percentage of students 'On Level' or 'Above Level' in grades K-5 will increase by at least 15% pts. as measured by fall, winter, spring HMH Math Growth Measure in SY24-25.
