| | | About Ms. Pershke |  | My name is Marnie Pershke. I am a licensed Teacher/Librarian and provide library services to both the American Indian Magnet School and World Cultures Magnet School. I teach students how to find books that interest them, teach information gathering skills and keep the library organized. I also gather materials for teachers to use in their classrooms, am the RIF coordinator and order new books for the teachers and students.

degree from Mankato State University in Library Media Education. Before I became a Librarian I taught Kindergarten and first grade for 12 years.
In my spare time I read all the new books that I order and try to read adult fiction too. I also enjoy doing many outdoor activities as well as yoga, scrapbooking, knitting, traveling and spending time with my family.
Reading should be fun! My goal is to help students find fun things to read!
