I have been teaching at American Indian Magnet School since 2001. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Augsburg College, and earned my Master of Arts Degree from the University St. Thomas specializing in Gifted, Creative and Talented Education.

I live in St. Paul, I call Red Lake my home and travel there often to relax and visit with family and friends. I like Science Fiction/Fantasy movies and books.
My wife Yvonne and I were married in 1994, and we have a teenage daughter, Mika. We also have two Pekingese dogs named Lucy and Leo. My family and I are dancers and we spend our summers traveling to various powwows.
